I cant help but get a little upset when the self proclaimed gym rats have a ton of shit to say about the people whose New Years resolution is to get in better shape.. Work out... Eat better... Take care of themselves. Why not support those people, instead of complaining that theyre taking up the parking lot, or crowding the machines, offer a helping hand, instead of being a bully, be someones New Years resolution support.
