I cant quite fathom some things, things like how people operate/conduct business. Like the chain of command on projects, specially large projects. Theres a reason why in real construction you have your head contractor and then you have your sub contractors the subs work with the head contractor on the project, and discuss things/their plans with them, not the people paying the bills. Then again, maybe thats why their big projects run so smoothly.... At least I got two guys over here thats will to keep working with me with all the bullshit in this game...
