I cant say it any better than Shahjahan Chaudhary has. Im not pro-Jew or pro-Ahmedi. Im not paid by the United States. Im not a kafir. Im not against Islam. Im not an enemy of Saudi Arabia. Im not a Hindu. Im not any label that you will place on me because Im criticizing us for being barbaric, insane and violent. I know that some of you will say that no one is safe in Pakistan - that even the majority sunnis are having their mosques bombed and their bazars burnt. But the fact is that change starts from within. It starts from you. Me. And those around us. We have become zombies - unable to make sense of the obvious. We keep blaming America and Israel and India for our weakness. We keep criticizing Israel for its barbaric murder of children in Gaza. We forget that our first responsibility is us. Our character. Our choices. Our actions. If we are going to be nothing more than petty tyrants and murderers, we have no right to object to anyone else being a killer. Dear Pakistan: Fix yourself. Before you fix the world.
