I cant seem to shake this horrible nightmare I had about Jazlyn, its like the most sickening scene out of a movie or something. I never read the newspaper or watch the news or watch horror movies. The fact that my own brain thought of this on its own scares me. I later on discovered why I had the dream cause like most dreams were based around something similar in your life right now. But I wish it didnt use such a twisted way to come through. A mothers worse nightmare. I know it was a dream, but you really feel like you went through it cause technically you did go through all the emotions even though you didnt go through them in real life. And now its been brought to my attention I always have nightmares. Dont remember the last time I had a dream that wasnt scary. Anybody know why Im always having nightmares or things I could do to stop them?
