I cant sleep. Crazy. Ive been cooking. I forgot how theroputic baking yeast rolls from scratch could be. I nearly burned up my mixer - made a double batch and tried to mix it with a small handheld mixer. What was I thinking? I used to love to knead the dough. And pick it up and slam it down - wonderful to do when you are upset or angry. Anyway, made the rolls, deviled the eggs, baked some cookies. I only had to stop because I ran out of sugar.
