I cant stand irresponsible dog owners!! Theres an English bulldog across the street, whos owner lets him out to potty, and the dog roams freely unsupervised and unleashed. He bit a neighbor kid a couple of months ago. I was upstairs getting dressed and my son and step-son were out front riding their bikes and scooters. I looked out the window to check on them just in time to see the bulldog bolt across the street towards my step-son. I yelled at them to get inside. The dog nearly made it to my front porch. By the time the owner came out of the house to look for him, he was in between mine and my neighbors back yard fences. I CANNOT believe that he continues to allow his dog, who has a history or biting, to roam like that. So now here I sit, waiting on animal control. If I allow it to go ignored, he would continue to do it, but I will NOT allow my children to be put in danger by a free-roaming dog with a history of biting children!! Thanks for the vent! LoL!!
