I cant tell you guys how excited I am about the new Ninja Turtles movie! When I heard that Michael Bay, the most underrated director of the generation, was producing I was ecstatic. The trailer came out not long ago and it was amazing, you have to see it. I love what they did to the turtles- the one thing Ive always wanted with the Ninja Turtles was for them to be more realistic. I have no idea how in this day and age, you would do a story about giant talking amphibians without trying to do it as realistic as possible. Thats what I love about all the changes they made- way necessary. The turtles are huge and ugly, just like theyre supposed to be. And the way they got rid of the ridiculous satire part of the turtles just makes sense to me. It got in the way of the action. Thats why they had to change the origin story, where it turns out Shredder is responsible for transforming the turtles into who they are. I mean, it only makes sense to me. The best part, though, was that joke that Mikey does at the end. Hilarious! He thinks that April (perfectly cast with Megan Fox, there needs to be more hot women in movies) is scared of his mask, but shes really scared of him because hes a turtle! Thats the kind of humor that made the Ninja Turtles popular! Lol! - The Optimist
