I cant tell you how many times Ive used this analogy when explaining the intangibles of a technique to students... They nod their heads as if they get it or quickly say ok but then go right back to doing it incorrectly. If you really want to learn, if you really want to improve, then slow down that mind of yours and focus when your Coach is dropping knowledge... I cant tell you how much I want to be like Bruce and slap you upside the head!
