I cant wait (but I will have to) ! I am very excited about, today, starting to make my own kombucha which is a fermented Tea drink, which has many health benefits, is extremely expensive to buy in shops and has natural beneficial cultures, and amino acids etc. I got my own culture start on Ebay (Paula?Fancy a go?) and am going to try the continuous brewing of it. It is a delicious, sparkly drink. But.. in this cold winter months and a non over-heated house, it might take up to 28 days to come to life - if the scoby I bought is actually live and rearing to go. Oh I cant wait!!!
