I cant wait to see what other developments are rising in this area-as a child, I remember the stench and filth that the Iloilo river spawned, and the squatters that loitered and littered around it. Now it has been cleaned up, the area around it developed, road widening along diversion road, investors bringing their business there, and of course theres the esplanade.
