I complained to Verizon about my service being too high and my phone still hasnt been replaced and Im paying for replacement. $120+ a month for service is way to much. So Verizon decided that since I have been a loyal customer since 2007 I qualify for a loyalty plan. To keep me from leaving them and having TMobile buy out my contract they reduced my plan cost to $60.00 a month and get to keep all the same services like unlimited calling, text, pictures messaging, 2 Gigs of data and 4G service. Wow. I guess in some cases the squeaky wheel gets the grease. They dropped my plan cost by half. No more $120+ a month but now $60. After paying high end prices for 7 years its time they cut some people a break. So I will stay with Verizon for now. Sweet.
