I completely forgot my Tetrix cream for my hands while on vacation. It protects my hands like an invisible glove. I touched sunscreen somewhere, most likely on the subway pole or the 3-4 story escalator (scary) at Exchange Place next to our hotel. My family has been trained for the past few years to open doors for me, as all it takes is for someone to open a door wearing sunscreen, then my hand touching the door knob/handle for my skin to start blistering. Because of my allergy my family can no longer wear sunscreen either. We look like ghosts when we are out in the sun with zinc oxide all over. :( So, if you see me wearing a glove or two, dont think I am weird or that I am emulating Michael Jackson. If I dont wear them it takes 10x longer to heal and my hands are painful and turn into Velcro. It wont kill me, just a bit of an inconvenience. I lived for years before realizing by accident what caused it.
