I consider myself a pretty good tipper. At a restaurant, I give you 20% unless you suck or the food was bad. Bartenders always get some cash to keep the drinks flowing. Ill tip the guy who carries my bags, the valet, the pizza guy, the guy who gets me a taxi at the hotel and, of course, the taxi driver. I tip the bathroom attendant because he deserves that just because hes in there all night. I dont stiff people but one set of people I dont tip are hotel maids. I just dont get that. Its a hotel, Im paying for my room to be clean in the first place. Am I in the minority? Do you tip hotel maids daily?
