I cooked a Pork Loin Roast for dinner tonight. Added some carrots and potatoes and celery toward the end of the cooking. With the roasting pan I purchased it has been easier to cook pork roasts, ribs, and beef roasts and have them come out well and tender. But the topper was Becx cooking spaghetti to which she added the olive oil with rosemary I purchased this morning. Then she added some small pieces of chicken adn she mixed up a nice parsley mix to add to the spaghetti mixture. Turns out the olive oil with rosemary was just enough to give a hint of taste without overpowering the spaghetti. We had a great dinner and with my roasting pan and my Foreman grill...I am really enjoying cooking again. Side note: Lunch was burgers cooked on the Foreman grill. Yesterday we purchased some ground beef and ground pork and I made burgers consisting of a mixture of both. Foreman grill did a great job grilling the burgers.
