I cooked a fairly gourmet meal for six in Maine last night with nothing but a charcoal grill, pry bar and World War II era Marine Corps K-bar combat knife. Grilled wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, stuffed clams, grilled local farm sweet corn, and grilled corn and local heirloom tomato salsa with hand-picked garden herbs. We drank 21st Amendment Live Free or Die IPA, Yuengling Lager and retro 1975 Jaws-style Narragansett cans.
