I could have easily allowed my car breaking down this morning to cause me to complain and focus on how my plans for the day were ruined. Instead I began to thank God that I got the car home safely. I thanked God that my father was able to take me to get JCs haircut. I thanked God for an opportunity for Monique to have breakfast alone with her grandfather. I thanked God that I got to spend time with my dad. I thank God for people who automatically reached out to me to see if I was ok. I thanked God for His love and covering. I just began thanking God and I am enjoying a beautiful day instead of allowing one thing to cause me to ruin the day for me and my kids. What am I trying to say in all things thank God.
