I could scream when I hear the Obama, the media and politicians go on that Obamacare was found constitutional by the SCOTUS and is the law of the land. Obama of all people should realize that this line of reasoning is ignorant, dangerous and un-American. 1857 – Dred Scott: The United States Supreme Court decided 7–2 against Scott, finding that neither he nor any other person of African ancestry could claim citizenship in the United States, and therefore Scott could not bring suit in federal court under diversity of citizenship rules. Took a civil war, 13 years and three constitutional amendments to nullify that awful and shameful decision by SCOTUS
