I couldnt find a thread about it so here! For those that use spring poles, how did you make yours? I am working on reconditioning my two year old male & think he would enjoy a spring pole. Hes never used one though. Generally weve just done a lot of swimming, pulling tractor tires, flirt pole & hiking but I am physically restricted right now. He also uses our treadmill. We cant do the tire pulling now that we live in town bc neighbors would probably freak out, lol. His sire passed a year ago at 4 years of age from a heart attack (he was about 40lbs overweight), we had Diesel checked by a canine cardiologist & they cleared him as perfectly healthy.. but Im still paranoid about keeping him in the best shape possible for his longevity.
