I damaged my new phone which is only 1 month old- smart phone by SAmsung, the screen does not advance. The tech at Verizon said it has water damage, DUH- this was caused by my sweating while I exercised last weekend. I am really stupid for putting it in my chest area, exposed sweat and body heat. I have no phone which is NOT under and insurance contract. So until futher notice call the house phone, email or contact Joe. Thanks!
