I decided it was time to put some effort into my meth controller. - TopicsExpress

I decided it was time to put some effort into my meth controller. Nothing out there has really come with any sort of useful control strategy. Alky Control is by far my preferred system, but even that just isnt as complete as I would like in terms of fine tuning. I wanted something that clearly showed when it was coming on, and how hard. I also wanted more control (clearly defined start and end), along with some flexibility in how its delivered between those points. Hence... This was born. The video below is showing the system set up for frequency from a mass air sensor. The dial gauge is current pump duty cycle. Simple two button menu advancing... Once in the setup screen, an arrow indicates the current editable parameter. Start Injection End Injection Start Duty Cycle End Duty Cycle The vertical slider on the right is the bend factor. This is something unique Ive added that allows you to change the ramping of the injection. If you want it to come on hard and taper off, set the bend factor high. If you want the meth to slowly come in, then ramp up as frequency goes up, set the bend factor low. It is a modifier to the shape of the curve. The video has a dummy value for pump duty because theres no input on it right now. I hope to get more work done on this. Still on my to do list is write the code to read the frequency and build a suitable driver box for the pump. And yes, there will be a version strictly for analog voltage inputs. Note: the display is MUCH crisper and clearer in person. My iPhone cant seem to take a decent picture or video of these displays.
