I decided to go on a diet 2 weeks ago. This is the 3rd week and 3rd day in and I have lost 8 pounds. I do weight training monday, wednesday, friday, sunday and do compound/cardio exercises tuesday, thursday, saturday. I actually just started doing the compound/cardio exercises yesterday. I have been weight lifting for a month and a half now. My diet : Meal 1 : 1 slice double fiber multigrain bread, 4 slices turkey deli meat, handful baby spinach, onion sliced, 1/4 cup cheese then toasted in the oven at 350*f. Snack : 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter or almond butter Meal 2 : 4 slices turkey deli meat, 1/4 cup cheese, 1 pear, 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter or almond butter. Snack : 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter or almond butter. Pre workout : 4 slices turkey deli meat or whole chicken breast, 2 cups green beans or broccoli. Post workout : 30gram protein shake. Meal 3 : 4-6oz lean steak and chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli or green beans. Dessert : 8 or 9 unsalted raw almonds.
