I decided to video myself moving through a sequence, to see my alignment and help me correct it. I had a few yikes moments watching it (my Warrior II is a hot mess!) and the perfectionist in me wanted to redo the video before I let anyone else see it. I decided to post it, flaws and all, to teach myself, and hopefully inspire others to embrace wherever they are at in their practice, knowing that the learning never ends and we will never be perfect, nor should we strive to be. We should only seek to do the best that we can, at any given moment, on any given day. Allow yourself to make mistakes, embrace and approve of yourself at all stages of growth. We can always improve, yes, but we should not judge ourselves for being imperfect. If we live our lives in this way we will be much happier creatures, I guarantee it!
