I desperately need legal help. CPS canceled & no showed three appointments in a row including three worker being out of town for a week and sick three times now. In her drug induced psychosis she leveled a LOT of allegations against a lot of people but Im the only one enduring investigation? She gets no normal visits & i have no say in treatment or probation as long as there is an open case. As soon as they close their investigation on me she can have visits. The other people engaged in proven crimes against her are already dismissed! juvenile pulled cps up on it saying given my daughters current mental state this was not ok, that needed to bee lifted and dismissed immediately. the caseworker said I told her I did not want a contact visit with my daughter. I have a feeling them covering their ass keeping a mental patient isolation due to their inability to do their job. Moreso I think they should be held accountable for their part in abusing and neglecting my daughter. Having a child this sick has left me penniless and both her and I are desperately in need of legal counsel. if ANYONE knows anyone, please pass this along. In the meantime, they are reassigning my case and a supervisor will be in touch.
