I despise the pagan titles. So does my close friend...I thought you may enjoy a few thoughts shared from him on the subject: The conflict between Messiah Yahshua and the religious leaders of His day. This is the age-old conflict that YHWH has always had with people who claim to be in Covenant with Him and yet knowingly disregard or alter His Torah instructions. YHWH told us repeatedly in Deuteronomy that we are never to add or subtract from the Torah of YHWH. He told us that we are to teach it to our children; to speak of it when we rise up and when lie down; when we go in and when we go out; to write it upon our doorposts and upon our gates. He told us that if we would wear the fringe with a thread of blue on the four corners of our clothing that He would bring His Torah to our remembrance. He told us that His Word is our life, the source of all blessing and our greatest inheritance. He said in Jeremiah 31 that although He gave His Torah to our fathers long ago, in these last days He would renew that Covenant with us by writing the same Torah upon our hearts. Did Messiah say that not a jot or a tittle of the Torah would change so long as heaven and earth exist? Yes He did. In Matthew 5, Did Messiah quote from the Torah of Moses regarding the great commandment (love YHWH thy Elohim with all thy heart, soul and strength) and love thy neighbor as thyself, and then state that upon these two hangs ALL the Torah and the Prophets? Yes He did. Did Messiah say in Matthew 7 that the rock upon which the wise man builds is hearing His Father’s Words and doing them? Yes He did. Did Messiah say that in the judgment He would declare, “depart from Me, all you who are without Torah?” Yes He did in Matthew 7. Did Messiah say that it was the Torah and the Prophets that spoke of Him? Yes He did. Did Shaul say that the Torah of YHWH is “perfect and just and good?” Yes he did. Did Shaul also say it is the carnal mind that opposes Torah? Oh, indeed he did. Did he also mention that we are to establish the Torah? You bet. In Revelation, Messiah’s Bride is described repeatedly as having the Torah and the Testimony of Yahshua Messiah--the Torah who became flesh. This description is in contrast to the “remnant of her seed” who keep only the Commandments and have the Testimony of Yahshua, but who must endure the wrath of the serpent and war brought upon them by the dragon. YHWH does not tell us to observe His entire Torah in order to put a burden on our backs. He tells us to observe His Word the Torah (to the Torah and to the Testimony, if they speak not according to THIS Word--says Isaiah 8:20) so that He can bless us with nourishment and protection during the most difficult time in all of history according to Revelation 12. But what had the religious leaders of Messiah’s day done? They had done exactly what YHWH told them not to do. They had added to the Torah of Moses, and they had subtracted from it. Messiah said that they had made void the Torah of YHWH with their additions and subtractions. The Jews claimed to observe the Commandments, but had disregarded the Torah of YHWH for a long time. And when the armies of Titus surrounded Jerusalem in 70 A.D, millions of them died, just as will happen to six out of the seven Assemblies in Revelation 2 and 3. Only one of those Assemblies is promised to go through without seeing death---Philadelphia--because they have kept His Torah and not denied the Name of YHWH. This makes the Assembly of Philadelphia entirely unique from the other six Assemblies and makes their experience in the last days completely different. At the time of Yahshua, nearly two hundred years of Hellenization since the time of Antiochus Epiphanes had corrupted even the priesthood. The partial restoration under the Maccabees and Hasmonian rule led directly to the rise of the rabbis and their oral torah which openly and proudly added and subtracted to YHWH’s Torah. In fact, their tradition specifically taught that they had authority to change YHWH’s Torah. In Hebrew 8 and 9 Shaul speaks of the old priesthood that was lacking, old and needed to be replaced. This is clear even in the Greek translation of his obviously Hebrew book. But Christian translators through the years have added the word “covenant” where it never existed before (some translations have the added word covenant in italics so that readers would know that the word is added) to indicate that is was the Covenant rather than the priesthood that needed to be replaced. They have done this to impugn the Torah and claim that IT was lacking, to justify their additions and subtractions to the Torah in exactly the same way the rabbis of Yahshua’s day claimed authority to alter YHWH’s Word. And YHWH’s unaltered Torah has been absent from Christian teaching since the time of Ignatius of Antioch in about 100 A.D. It has been replaced with all sorts of man-made doctrines and teachings, just as the Name of YHWH and His Son Yahshua have been replaced with other all sorts of other names and other elohim such as God (Baal-God in the Hebrew Scriptures), the Lord (from the Germanic Lordag and Kyrios--the Lord Zeus of the Greeks), Christos (the title of every Greek God), HeyZeus (literally “behold or hail Zeus), Adonai (the Greek God Adonis), Amen (from the Egyptian God AmenRa), etc. But these are the days of EhiYAHu (Elijah), restoring the Torah of YHWH and the Name of YHWH to their proper place, and returning to the worship of YHWH and no other elohim--severing all ties to the Lord, God, and Jesus Christ--and worshipping YHWH only, and hearing the Word of YHWH--Yahshua our Messiah--the Torah who became flesh who directed all worship and obedience to YHWH only. Here is something to consider. In this year of 2014, it has been 2300 years since the Abomination that leaves Desolate first occurred. That is 2300 years since the Greek Pentateuch and Septuagint were created in which MEN intentionally and systematically removed the Name of YHWH for the first time from His own Word in 286 B.C. In the Torah and the Prophets the Name of YHWH occurred nearly 7000 times, and yet 2300 years ago men removed it in nearly every instance and replaced it with the Greek Kyrios (Zeus). NEVER in the Hebrew Scriptures was YHWH ever referred to by the name “GOD” (from the Canaanite Baal-God) or the Greek/Germanic “LORD”. Not once. And yet now we are all comfortable with this Abomination--the big Switcheroo. His Word was desecrated and made an Abomination by substituting these pagan names for the Name above all Names--YHWH. And instead of worshipping YHWH, we have been worshipping the Lord--most likely Zeus--ever since. His Word has been desolate, and so has our worship. The Christian worship style, music style, language, leadership organization, church architecture and layout, order of service, rituals, traditions, holidays, etc, etc. are all patterned after the worship of Zeus--not YHWH. There is simply no evidence of YHWH worship anywhere in Christianity that I can find. The authors of the Bible books written after the Messiah never referred to what they were writing as a “new” testament; never implied that there was an “old” testament, or that what they were teaching in any way replaced the Word of YHWH known throughout Scripture as the Torah. All of these lies came to us through the new religion of Christianity. These Torah observant followers of Messiah NEVER directed anyone to follow Iesous Christos, the Greek God of healing. NEVER. Not a chance. The Scriptures insist that the true Messiah would be a Hebrew who came bearing the Name of YHWH His Father and speaking the words of Moses--the Torah. He HAD to be Yahshua--the Salvation of YHWH. He HAD to be the Torah--the Word of YHWH and the Torah of Moses in the flesh just as John proclaims. From Matthew to Paul, these authors all directed people to Yahshua Messiah--the living Word--the One Name under Heaven whereby we must be saved. YHWH!! Only YHWH!! Not Iesous Christos. Not HeyZeus Christ. Not Jesus Christ--a name created in 1500 A.D.--long after the death of the true Messiah. Never. Never. Never. And these authors NEVER directed anyone to worship the Lord, or Kyrios, or Kronos, or Baal-God, or God, or Christ, or Zeus or Jesus. And they never directed people to build churches with the floor plan of a cross, a pulpit towering above the people, a steeple--the penis of Ra--out front, and the cross of Mithra on top, with parishioners laid out in rows of pews like the dead in a cemetery. They never encouraged the worship of this Greek messiah who accepts the songs and praises of everyone seeking the Lord, and who encourages people to kneel at the cross of Mithra. The true Messiah Yahshua directed all praise and worship and obedience to His Father YHWH in Heaven, and told us to have no other elohim in YHWH’s face. He directed all those seeking salvation to the Torah of Moses in which YHWH said, “These Words are LIFE to you.” The true Messiah never created a church hierarchy in which men rule over other men, or have any authority whatsoever. Instead, when His disciples argued about whom among them was the greatest, He said, “My Kingdom will not be built this way. If anyone among you would be great, let him become your servant.” Messiah said that “he who observes the least commandment of the Torah, and teaches men to do the same, will be great in the Kingdom of Heaven.” The Kingdom of Heaven is a Kingdom of servants. Messiah told us to call no man rabbi, “for you are all brothers”--equals---He said. The greatest among you is the humblest, the most obedient (meekest), the servant of all. YHWH’s third commandment in Hebrew states this: You shall not disregard or diminish the Name of YHWH your Elohim. Yet this is exactly what the Septuagint did. The Desolation of YHWH’s Word in 286 B.C. is greater, more sinister, more deceptive and more desolating than even the erection of a statue of Zeus in the Temple in 168 B.C. under Antiochus Epiphanes. And this is the year, right now in 2014, that we celebrate the end of that Desolation. 2300 years have passed. Today, sincere seekers of YHWH can find His Word restored, with His Name restored to its rightful place from Genesis to Revelation. We no longer need to ignorantly worship God and the Lord and HeyZeus. We can return to the worship of YHWH and the proper regard for His Name and His Messiah--Yahshua--the Salvation of YHWH. Scriptures with His Name restored are common and available to everyone. And with this Restoration--this end of 2300 years of an Abomination that left Desolate---I expect a new Abomination to arise and deceive many--for many--perhaps most--will reject the worship of YHWH in favor of worshipping the Lord. Which Lord? The Lord that George Harrison sang to in “My Sweet Lord?” The Lord Vishnu? Or Lordag of the Germans? the Swedes? The Lord Zeus of the Greeks? Lord Mithra? The great Lord Molech? The HeyZeus of Greco/Christianity? And which God? Baal-God? Adonai? Adonis? Iesous the Greek God of healing? Confusion. All confusion and abomination! YHWH is NEVER referred to as the Lord, and NEVER referred to as God. These are other elohim in His face! The result of the Abomination of Desolation of 286 B.C. and the creation of the Greek Scriptures is that we have all grown up worshipping God and the Lord, and none of our worship, none of our prayers, none of our efforts have honored YHWH. He doesn’t accept any of it. He did not accept worship and praise to the Baal-God 3000 years ago, and He does not accept worship and praise to God today. He did not accept the Greek worship of Kyrios 2000 years ago, and He does not accept worship directed to the Lord (Kyrios in Greek) today. In my opinion, worship and prayers to the Lord and God are never even received by YHWH. To insist that He accepts this is contrary to everything the Scriptures teach. He never received such worship and praise and prayer. They are received and answered by another elohim--another power. Our worship, our Scriptures, our churches, all our efforts, all our sacrifice, all that we have done in the name of the Greek Christ, the Greek Lord and the Canaanite God has been desolate---deserted, empty, devoid of YHWH--with none of YHWH anywhere in it. A total waste. Worse than a waste. The greatest hoax; the greatest deception, the greatest Desolating Abomination ever conceived in the history of mankind. Twenty three hundred days of accomplishing NOTHING. A tragic disaster. A catastrophe of Biblical proportions. We have ripped out YHWH’s heart and stomped on it. All our sincerity and passion and warm feeling does not change the fact. YHWH says, “My people perish from a lack of knowledge.” There has been a FAMINE for the Word of YHWH. For 2300 years! Are Buddhists sincere? Are they passionate? Are they devoted? Have they died for what they believe? Are they blessed? What about Hindus? Are their prayers answered? Yes they are. What about sincere and peaceful Muslims? Hare Krishnas? Are people who worship HeyZeus different? Can any of these sincere, passionate and blessed people who get answers to their prayers and have the blessed hope of a joyous afterlife be considered to be among those who love and worship and obey YHWH? YHWH’s very first commandment in Hebrew is simply this. “You shall have NO other Elohim in My face”, and the third commandment is, “You shall not diminish or disregard the Name of YHWH your Elohim.” We must pray as Daniel prayed in chapter 9, “We have sinned, and have committed Torahlessness, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled by departing from Your precepts and Your judgements. Neither have we listened to Your servants the Prophets which spoke in Your Name (YHWH) to our kings, our princes, our fathers and to all the people of the land. Oh YHWH, righteousness belongs to You, but unto us CONFUSION of face, as at this day--to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to ALL Israel that are near, and far off through all the countries that You have driven them because of their Torahlessness that they have trespassed against You. . . . . . . Oh my Elohim, incline Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and behold our desolation, and the city that is called by thy Name (YHWH’s city), for we do not present our supplications before You because of OUR righteousness, but because of Your great mercy. Oh YHWH hear. Oh YHWH forgive. Oh YHWH shema. Wait not for Your own sake oh my Elohim. For Your city and your people are called by Your Name.” B’shem Yahshua haMachiach. In the Name of YHWH our Salvation the Messiah. Baruch atah YHWH, Elohenu melek ha olam. Hodu l’YHWH ki tov, ki l’olam chaso. Shema YHWH rabbibot alfi Israel. Shem Israel, YHWH Elohenu. YHWH echad. . . . which is interpreted “Blessed are you YHWH, the One that we worship and obey, the King of all that is. Thank you YWHW for You are good. And over all that is You are merciful. Hear us YHWH and act on our behalf, multiplying yourself like rabbits around Your people who are upright before You. Hear all of you who are upright before YHWH, the One that we worship and obey is YHWH. YHWH is ONE.” YHWH bless you and keep you. YHWH make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.
