I did :-) First one of the year, good to get started. The boys, my parents and I went to Drammensbadet, and with the bulkhead up in the 50m pool, the elderly three of us could do some short course swimming whilst the savages were going off the boards and generally horsing around in the other end. Bliss all around. I felt slippery and propulsive today and decided to try some speed work. 50 fast followed by 100 easy and some rest, six times. I managed all 50s on 30 seconds (creeping towards 31 on the last few). The rest was all standard stuff, kicking and cruising. 3,000m, 55 minutes We were up at 4:20 am to take Anoushka and Owain to the airport, so its starting to feel like bedtime. Getting up at the times I used to go to bed - is this an age thing? No pool pics today, so I sneak in a couple from our little hike from the house yesterday. One with English tourist, one just pure Norwegian scenery.
