I did a photo booth recently for the Danberry Treasure Chest, since they celebrated their 20th anniversary this year. The Charity Auction Dinner’s Master of Ceremonies was Jerry Anderson. “The Danberry Treasure Chest is an emergency assistance fund set up at the Toledo Children’s Hospital benefitting families struggling with finances while their child struggles with a serious illness. Funds are administered through the Toledo Community Foundation and used for things such as a mortgage payment, back utilities, car payments, or in the worst of circumstances, to cover funeral costs. For this year alone, through September, we have provided financial assistance in the amount of $74,500 to 58 families across the area.” To learn more, visit danberry/danberry_charities/
