I did not think I was going to get my walk in today because of the storm but it cleared off long enough. I pushed myself and went 3 miles today. It really felt good. I made the first 2 laps in total solitude but then I met up with a woman walking her dog who decided to turn and walk with me and share all her depressing woes in life with me. Thank God for the call of nature, the dog had to answer the call and stop for a dump so i said bye and high tailed it walked the fastest lap yet and then took a different hilly path for the last lap.
