I did not think that I would accept in good grace the idea of Monica getting a second farm on the Atlantic Coast...but even I am excited about the prospect of the one that she has discovered ! Fingers crossed that all goes smoothly so that Sakura Hill South can be acquired---18 stall main barn, separate foaling barn with paddocks from the four stalls, garage and equipment structure, properly fenced pastures with irrigation possible, electrified barns and riding ring, pond, TREES galore..A house with separate entries to the bedrooms from outside, a large pool, tile floors (oh, yes, easier to keep clean) ,a fireplace. Plus, for the future, one of the top private schools in the South in town! I can see boarders, clinics, inspections, even shows being held here! When everything is so right, surely nothing can go wrong!
