I did some case law research and looked in to the #icebucketchallenge legal precedent and found out that were I donated to petefrates and did not dump the bucket on my head I can get a mulligan (Thanks again Jill Lewis for the nomination!!). So, Timothy Patrick Feeney you are pardoned from the challenge and do not need to pour a combination of ice and water over your head in order to raise awareness for ALS, to #endALS, or to #strikeoutALS. You can go ahead and untag yourself from this post. With my second attempt at conquering this challenge in support of Pete Frates and Team FrateTrain as well as #quinforthewin, Steve Saling, and everybody else that has felt the effects of ALS, I NOW nominate Tims mother, Patricia OBrien Feeney to pick of the mess your son left. Keeping in the theme of family members being the substitute.....
