I didnt leave my former company so I could make more money. I left so that I could help more people get financially free. I didnt leave my former company because I didnt believe anymore. I left because I believed in something greater. When I left my former company, many of my leaders stayed and a few of them had $100,000s of thousands of dollars moved under them which helped them get a pay raise and for this Im thankful that they are financially secure again. My biggest frustration is that there wasnt more volume to be evenly distributed to more people who I loved and cared for who truly need a leg up. I decreased by walking away from a $18-$20,000/mo residual income just 3 weeks ago so others may increase and sometimes this is what a leader has to do in the midst of frustration when no matter what they do, nothing seems to be changing, growing or making a difference. When you dont see change for the better, then you have to change. Its what any good leader would do. Change! Now that Im with my current company, many leaders are winning again. Our first week in business, we launched our new team organically with only one of our leaders coming with us and generated over $117,000 in new volume! We broke 18 people to the ranking they set a goal for. We did in our first week what took 6 months to do with my former company. Turns out there are a lot of leaders out there who are looking to win again and they are joining our team! I believe Gods blessing our team and will continue to! All I wanna do is win and help others win and if this makes me a bad person then fine. Just dont call me a loser! Im no loser and God doesnt create losers! He only creates winners!
