I didnt publish this first.. and I should have... if you want to know what it feels like to stand for hours on end honoring one of your fellow law enforcement officer KIA then consider this video. It hurts but its worth it. It was 55 degrees out sunny day..then we some sang..some looked around but all still stood and gave Glory to the one who created us. Because thats what PO Ramos was all about..and although only God knows our hearts one day we will all stand. And on that day of no more tears we will stand and honor the one who sacrificed for all of us and is with all the law enforcement families that grieve and those that grieve with them. Think as PO Lius funeral comes as a new year turns and we consider our resolutions.... Consider this as you watch this .. consider Praying for NYPD.... If you are on the other side of my argument..and you dont believe law enforcement wants to do whats right then Watch this too.. perhaps if you pray for understanding instead of forcing these brave men and women to ALWAYS try to understand why CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE exists and how well a protest in peace versus riots when they consider their lives and their family as they willfully put on the uniform of peace and enforcement of peace with the understanding that there is and chance to not make it home. In your exercise of freedom of speech remember the paraphrased words of C.S. Lewis when he wrote is it not an honor to find a count first a noble friend and second a NOBLE enemy.... be noble in all we do.. these men and women are doing just that. As the beautiful singing and words lent us all comfort of HIS peace.. and gave us a renewed HOPE and LOVE for why we do what we do. Enjoy the video.....
