I didnt realise the sun is setting now and I havent gone to the park nearby for a walk. Was so busy with weekend household chores. Today is my first day of my five days schedule of cleaning the kitchen and the hallway. I was surprised as I was preparing lunch at the kitchen from a free grocery and a little cooked chicken in a pack, somebody was vacuuming.the hallway. The 13-year old daughter of our landlady was doing a part of my job. I thanked her for doing it and I called her attention because that is a part of my job. Her mother is Hungarian and her father is Romanian. I appreciated the girl and her parents for such a good discipline. In this house, we are 8 women living at the second floor .. The family lives at the ground floor. We share kitchen ,cook our own food. This is my 9th day in this house. At last I saw all the other women as of today. We all come from different countries : Liberia, Congo, Somalia, Cuba, Italy and Polland. I only saw the woman from Liberia cooking her food which resembles Filipino food but is cooked in a different way and full of chili pepper. It is great to be with people of different cultures. Oh yes the girl from Latvia moved to another place last Tuesday but we met each other somewhere in town last Wednesday and walked around 30 minutes to catch up on a cue for free grocery and free breakfast near Church Street. I got a wonderful feeling that there are organizations out there doing this for those who need help. I thank God for those who are in need and for the people giving these that they will receive more blessings. Praise be the Lord.. God bless everyone. Have a good evening.
