I disagree. Present say on water plan for Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River won’t be final. Climate Change will force more talks in future. With issues such as evaporation from more ice cover loss (“Lake Ontario saw the most dramatic decrease with an 88% drop in ice coverage”) and diversion where strapped southern and western states have critical water shortages, we will soon have to go back to the drawing board and see all Great Lake water issues through the lens of Climate Change.
