I discovered on my bill I was being charged for Optus fetch tv since cancelling in July last year and changing to Foxtel. The Optus rep found no record of me cancelling it. I also let her know that the rep at the time told me I didnt need to send the fetch hardware back, to just hold onto it. The Optus rep I spoke to today agreed that it would be senseless for me to have 2 Foxtel sets and be using Fetch tv as well. She is sending out a satchel for me to return the Fetch equip and once Optus recieves it will credit my account the charges. I want to thank Optus and especially the rep I spoke to today for a quick resolution. I unfortunately didnt catch her name, Ive only got her representative number. An Optus Rep called on Saturday to ask how my services with Optus were going. I said Ive always been 100% happy with Optus. I still am. Even more so after their quick response today, thank you.
