I do 6 meals per day, sometimes 7 and I eat carbs in all my meals including the last meal before i go to sleep! Why? Because I need to have a hormone balance, promote fat lose, preserve and build muscle. I receive many messages asking this. If you want to be tight and lean, then you have to eat! Eat fat, protein and carbs (a very low carb diet is not the answer to be lean!)The best carb source in my opinion are sweet potatoes, rice,fruits, vegg, oats. The secret in the balance and the quantities! 🍐
