I do admit to loving myself a good OVERCOMING movie. I mean, really, who doesn’t? There’s not much more empowering to me than watching a movie that gives me hope and strength and the will to persevere. I leave the theater ready to take on the world again; rescue those dogs, stand up to the bad guys, win the battle and build that doggy utopia I’ve dreamed about since the creation of Dogs Deserve Better in 2002.
