I do not agree with weight watchers program, but I love this Commercial! It is so true! I am glad I have been delivered! I only eat when I am hungry an I eat 1/3 to 1/2 servings of what I eat! Thus I really do not need to count my caliores or do loads of exercises! I do count caliores an exercise but this is not my focus my focus is on Father God an letting him love on me an fill my heart up! Now I weight 108.6 that is 25 pound weight loss! Watch this an enjoy!
