I do not believe in rebirth, but I do believe in reincarnation. I believe it happens multiple times in ones lifetime. Our lives reach a point where something must change and we must begin anew. Sometimes circumstances force this change and sometimes we chose it for ourselves. In these moments we are blessed with the opportunity to take what weve learned and leave the rest, starting fresh but with a wealth of knowledge we didnt have the last time we started fresh. Each time we REFRESH, we grow closer to nirvana, or to a place of great wisdom and calm. How many times have you heard someone say, if I could go back in time knowing what I know now, Id do things differently. I believe we do that many times in our lives, start new with all the knowledge of having done this before. And if we recognize and utilize the wisdom from our last life in this new one, we make better choices, make deeper connections and we deepen spiritually, emotionally and care for ourselves better physically. If we dont use the lessons, we live the same tragic ordeal over and over until we do. When something terrible happens in my life I look at it as the threshold to my reincarnation, the universe is telling me to make some changes and ascend. I have no idea where we go when we die. But I do know that life is a step ladder of collecting knowledge that sets us free, lifts our hearts and gives us opportunities to utilize every lesson. To know something means little until one can apply that knowledge. And so we go, one life after the other into our golden years, some of us with great strength and some of us repeating tired lesson, waiting for heaven. This time in my life is one great reincarnation, a life in transition. I will enter the next phase with enthusiasm knowing I know what I know now as I start again.
