I do not know what went into the mind of constitution makers when they gave us fundamental rights and guaranteed them also to citizens they could go to courts for enforcement but this has proved very difficult always a citizen is less powerful than government and there is always misuse of rules and regulations by bureaucrats so the citizen always suffers even in new legislations like rti act so many letters are issued by dopt and cic authorities that this right of obtaining simple information is not possible even when we pay fees for it in a manner we pay court fees but never get justice i know certain that pmo and cabinet secretary do not spk truth but avoid the matter but i can not force them to reply to my letters when they close the window and they take privilege to not to reply take or give money is not only corryuption but more corruption is when authorities do not listen to us courts are no solution legislation and rulings of sc are more misused than acted upon as law you have to come to government again and here buck stops suffer silently as i do
