I do not understand the current Republican leadership in our country. They have no problem throwing away billions a yr on this drug war and other wasteful spending they could defund and save a shit ton of money yet they cut funding to education, cut food stamp programs and now are vowing to shut the government down if Obamacare is not defunded. This is bullshit. They are going to leave military families, veterans, the sick and elderly on disability without the income they depend on hopelessly broke and blame the Obama administration. Just wrong. There are plenty of other areas we can trim the budget and implement a working national healthcare system.
