I do not understand the media hullabaloo about the CIA investigation reports on torture on supposed terrorist prisoners. America is one big of a hypocritical society. There is nothing surprising released in the documents that the world did not already know. Why do these guys pretend like they did not already know that the CIA tortures their prisoners? Very funny world. Its like someone releasing a document and accusing the late Fela of promiscuity or excessive engagement with marijuana and women. That is what that CIA report document is like. As a matter of fact it is not telling us everything. Its a just a way of pretending and deceiving whoever cares that Uncle Sam is open and upright. Personally, I do know what they mean by torture of terror suspects. How can anyone accuse people who are trying to save the lives of people of torturing those who are hell-bent in destroying others? As far as I am concerned, torture is only commitable when the suspect is a mere civilian. Not terrorists please! A terrorists has already died a long time ago; they have lost their moral passport for humanity and cannot be said to be tortured when they have already wipe us all in their minds. You cannot threaten one who is ready to die, neither can you reason with terrorists. The only way to take out info from them is to be creative even if it means creating an uncomfortable aura about them. They deserve it; that is what they understand. Except the suspect is a mere civilian or not guilty, then Ill can acknowledge torture, but in a case where it is a bloody thirsty beast impersonating a human skin, Im sorry, I cannot plead for people who do not understand what mercy and being humane is. Yall can pretend with that. What I find ridiculous is how these Western countries will turn around and accuse countries like Nigeria and North Korea when they are of the same reasonable practice like us (pertaining to the treatment of terror prisoners). Wolf calling a dog a wild animal.
