I do not understand the wisdom of deliberately provoking police, they have guns for goodness sake. Was this a set up? Looks like it. The driver drove up to the check point, the driver just happened to have a camera recording, aimed at the drivers side window, the driver started the suspicious confrontation by not rolling his window down all the way. The officer did you no harm so what is the point? Act suspicious to provoke the police into over reacting?
