I do not understand why being a skeptic is so frowned amongst humankind. We get shunned for questioning authority and institutions that are set in place. When we question whats been put in place in our culture there is an automatic backlash. Why are we learning this in school? Why do police arrest people for this or that? Why do people believe in ghosts, gods, conspiracies, or other faith based belief systems? These are all answered with things like thats the way it is or stop being so negative or just absolute disgust. Even when completely logical arguments can be made against something such as why are we spending $20000000 arresting people for a plant that is less harmful than coffee when used correctly? I wish humankind would stop resisting change
