I dont care which president does it, these Executive Orders, Executive Actions, or in this case an Executive Memo, are Unconstitutional and an attempt to bypass the separation of powers. Enough of this nonsense thats been going on since the time of Mr Washington! Follow the Constitution every time and this doesnt happen and the country isnt forced into more division. Oh, and by the way, to the youve got to pass it in order to see whats in it crowd, his wording makes this a very narrow benefit, not that the law will be followed, but if it was, not many people would really be eligible for it.
