I dont celebrate this new year, but a lot of you do, and are in a period of reflecting. With so many having recently, and quite publicly, jumped ship, I would offer this to the community sitting on the fence: be patient. Nobody here is where they want to be, everybody has goals and dreams. Some are more comfortable where they are than others. Listen to them, and figure out why. Some are moving toward the future faster than others. Listen to them and figure out why. It took Elliott years to build what he has, and if you ask any other successful person about their story, you will find more unseen foundation under them than the public show. Take time, listen, build, develop. Be patient, give your foundation time to set. I am thankful for this group because of the resources it makes available, and the accountability it can provide. Even with the noise it is sometimes capable of, the signal that gets through is worth suffering the hum. I hope those of you who mark this new year make good on your dreams. Good journey.
