I dont do this very often and I apologize for the long post/rant. If anyone is interested in ordering, what look to be gorgeous monograms and decor from Morgann Hill Designs, save your time and money. I made the mistake and ordered a monogram for our wedding off living social. According to the living social deal, the conditions state that the product will be delivered 2-3 weeks from time of redemption on Morgann Hills website. I ordered October 1st hoping to have the monogram as a decoration in our wedding... When we returned from the Honeymoon I went to investigate where the order might be, emailed their customer service and tried to log into their website with no response. I reached out to them on Facebook, commenting on the picture of the monogram that I ordered, and found that many other people were experiencing the same delay. They just responded to my inquiry email with an apology, a coupon code for 20% off, and a new time frame of shipping in 5-10 days... I just checked the Morgann Hill Facebook page and they have completely removed my comments from the picture, as well as the responses from other people, and banned me from making comments on their page. I see that others are having the same issues as me, but I cant respond... hence my frustrations and this rant.... I didnt realize trying to get the product I PAID FOR was grounds from blocking comments, but whatever.... if anyone wants to gamble with their shotty customer service I have a 20% off code I am giving away....
