These turned out fantastic and are not just for breakfast. Pumpkin Muffins 1 Classic Yellow Cake mix 1 15oz. can 100% Pumpkin With a mixer combine the two ingredients and spoon mixture into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This made 12 muffins.
