I dont ever want to live a minute with my heart disengaged from the Lord. Whether in conversation with others, or in ministering to the Almighty before His Word, I will contend for a whole-hearted life—no matter how many times I waiver. Ill never be satisfied with even a minute apart from abiding in Him. The First and Second Commandment are eternally bound up within the heart of the Father. Theyre not regulatory cages to keep us locked in—theyre the very nature of our eternal God on display. If rest is found in the Lord, then I dont ever want live in conflict with His heart. His commands are our blessing; His yoke is our freedom. There is no life apart from the Vine—today, tomorrow and forever. Spend every minute in communion with the Lord. Run as hard as you can and dont ever look back. Ask Him what He thinks about your lifestyle; ask Him for strength in your weak areas. Ask Him to take you deeper in an understanding of the Truth regarding how much He cherishes you, as you let Him wash you with fountain of His affections; Ie. ask Him for delight in His Word.
