I dont get flu shots. Its one of the few areas that I dont care how much evidence there is, I will not get the shot. The one year I got the shot I experienced severe flu like symptoms, so never again. Ive never had the flu in my life, and just getting a taste of the symptoms is enough to make me avoid going through that again. My immune system seems to be working well so far, so Im gonna take my chances...
