I dont get people grievances with those that live abroad and still have a say in the referendum. Okay so I live in France. I still work and pay tax, which is more that I can say for the majority of the ex-pat community. Thing is, Im technically not even an ex-pat yet.. I still have a base in Scotland, my company is registered in Scotland and I still have my book keeper doing my tax return every year, I even pay voluntary national insurance every month. So my say is as important as anybody elses. Isnt it? Its only after taking the opportunity to step back and look at whats happening in the UK and Scotland from a distance that Ive realised how much of a shit tip of a situation its in. An independent Scotland will have the opportunity to start fresh with new ideas with Scotlands best interests at heart... The little time we have left before the 18th of September is not the time for complacency, selfishness or ignorance. Its a time to think about the freedom of future generations and allowing them to decide their own fate. To build a nation that truly belongs to them. A fairer and more just society. Something not one of my generation has ever experienced. If you are undecided the right thing to do is vote yes and gift others the opportunity of a fairer future. If you are a yes voter you are obviously open minded enough to understand that Scotland doesnt need to be part of the UK. And if you are voting no, ask yourself why... Because there really is no justification in denying Scotland its freedom.
